Sensory analysis
Wine with a pale pink color with candy pink reflections, bright, consistent.
Intense, complex on the nose: fruity (red fruits, wild strawberries, currants, blackberries, cherries and citrus notes of pink grapefruit pulp and mandarin peel), vegetal (light note of fresh herbs) almondy with a mineral finish. Fine quality.
In the mouth dry, warm, soft, fresh, moderately tannic with velvety tannin, savoury. Balanced, intense, persistent, fine. Full-bodied and ready.
