Chiodo Marche Bianco Garofanata IGP cantina Simone Capecci.
Contains sulphites
A uniquely Marche vine, with white grapes, whose traces date back to 1870.
The analysis of the genetic characterization has certified the uniqueness of Garofanata. The purest vine of the Marche. A “sharp”, vertical, unique wine, whose name illustrates the tenacity of a vine that did not want to disappear. It could only be helped to remain “planted” in our lands and… in our cellars.
Age of the vineyard: 2014 with eastern exposure, altitude 250-300 m
Soil: Medium texture tending to clayey.
Cultivation: Double gouyot.

Sensory analysis
Pouring it into the glass is a pleasure, beautiful straw yellow, immediately bright, lively, vivacious.
In the glass it moves slowly, seductively to form an arch, not very thick, but extremely regular.
On the first nose: immediately of good intensity with a clear and distinct olfactory dominant, floral of white hawthorn flowers, very fresh.
On the second nose: the fruitiness immediately in evidence, fresh and perfectly ripe: white-fleshed peach, Abate pear, citrus notes of lemon peel, white melon and jujube. Still floral with notes of chamomile and vegetal of fresh grass.
In the mouth: the entrance is decisive, powerful, without giving in, it immediately gives in to the taste, highlighting an important freshness. The finish is long and reveals a pleasant savory note. The retronasal references are in line with the olfactory, underlining an even greater freshness of the fruitiness.
We know about life, we make wine, we make wine in reduction, refines in concrete tanks and much more...
