Michelangelo Marche Granache IGT winery Emanuele Dianetti an old vineyard, granache grapes, a project, a dream that comes true in this precious and unique wine.
Production area: Carassai, Val Menocchia, halfway up the hill on the southern slope (150 m above sea level).
Soil: alluvial base characterized by clay, sand and a lot of silt, with an alkaline reaction due to the presence of limestone.
Training system: espalier rows, with spurred cordon pruning.
Density of vines: 3000 per Ha - Production per hectare: 40 quintals - Wine yield: 60%
Harvest: between mid and late September, grapes harvested by hand in small crates.
Alcoholic fermentation: in stainless steel at a temperature between 25°C and 27°C for 15 days.
Aging: in small 110-liter French oak barrels, 100% new, for 26 months.

On the nose it presents itself with a perfect mix of fruit, spices and flowers to which the palate, brushed with measure, gives value and depth leaving a velvety mouth of long aromatic duration.
