Production area: Municipalities of Offida, 300 meters above sea level, and Castel di Lama, 200 meters above sea level.
Soil type: Medium-textured, tending towards clay.
Training system: Guyot.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature (26°C).

Sensory analysis:
Intense and lively red color.
The nose features red fruits, currants, with notes of chocolate.
On the palate, it is a full-bodied and structured wine, appropriately tannic and velvety.
Pairings: A wine for roasts, grilled meats, game, and seasonal cheeses.
It pairs well with meat-based dishes, cold cuts, and cured meats.
