Exposure and altitude: south-southeast 50-80 meters above sea level - Spurred cordon training system
Harvest in October at the right ripeness.
Vinification: destemming and pressing of the grapes, fermentation with maceration on the skins for 15-20 days at 28°C, racking and malolactic fermentation, pre-bottling refinement in oak barrels for 10/12 months and refinement in the bottle for 10 months natural stabilization.

Ruby red color tending towards garnet
Intense aroma of ripe fruit, plums and black cherries, blackberries followed by floral aromas and fine spices, licorice and bay leaves.
Consistent, soft and balanced flavor. Robust structure.
Pairing: game, grilled red and white meats, boiled meats, fried meats and cheeses.
The company is located in the Marche which is a decline of gentle hills and valleys that descend from the Apennines to the sea; it has an extension of about 70 hectares of which 25 are vineyards.
