The delicate cocoa dough, with pieces of pure chocolate, is inspired by the traditional Viennese cake "Sacher" which, when enhanced with "qualirà pellecchiella" apricots, takes on an authentic flavor, thanks to the unique sweetness and juicy texture of the pulp, typical of this variety of apricot.
The flavor of the famous Austrian dessert is evoked by the filling of the soft and delicious dough: a filling of dark chocolate pieces and candied apricot pieces, a vanilla infusion, and a chocolate coating.
It all begins with our sourdough starter, the foundation of every single panettone, which we have been lovingly and passionately refreshing every day for over 40 years.
Only with meticulous attention to the long and controlled leavening process, combined with a selection of the highest-quality ingredients and products, especially those locally sourced, do we produce a product of excellence, with a multitude of fragrances and a delicious softness.
Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour, 39.1g extra chocolate pieces, cocoa mass, butter, natural sourdough starter, sugar, A1 egg yolk, honey, malt, salt.
Flavorings: natural and identical natural flavors (lemon, apricot, vanilla pods). Glaze: dark chocolate, with chocolate biscuit crumbs.
May contain traces of nuts.
Water and flour ... yeast is a natural consequence!
