The plant is used to make the liqueur used to create the filling cream, sandwiched between two soft slices of sponge cake and then covered in the finest dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, eggs, wheat starch, glucose syrup, stabilizer: sorbitol, emulsifier E471, leavening agents (acid protostat or carbonate, sodium acid), salt, flavorings, alcohol.
Filling: Milk chocolate, cocoa powder min. 30% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin), dark chocolate, cocoa min 47% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings), sugar, butter, Paccasassi liqueur 16%. May contain traces of nuts.
