Pappardelle L'Oro di Campofilone are one of the egg specialties of Pastificio Artigianale Leonardo Carassai.
The first Campofilone pasta with selected ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat.

  • Contains more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants

  • The different protein profile improves digestibility

This wide and thick cut pasta loves full-bodied sauces. Ideal with: mushrooms, wild boar, hare ragù, but also cheese fondues.

The bronze-drawn pasta is rough and porous and allows for both excellent cooking performance and to retain the condiments.

The slow drying of at least 24 hours makes it highly digestible and gives it a high nutritional value.

Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, Fresh eggs (33.4%). Allergens: Eggs, Gluten. May contain traces of Soy and Mustard.

Pasta dimensions: Width 14mm - Thickness 0.6mm

Cooks in 4-5 minutes - Ideal for 4 people.

For optimal cooking of our pasta we recommend using plenty of water. When boiling, add salt, pour in the pasta and mix gently after it has softened. Once cooked, following the times indicated on the package, drain it and pour it into a large container, where you can season it as desired with plenty of sauce. If necessary, add cooking water.
