This typical Italian traditional pasta is loved for its great versatility in the kitchen and goes well with any sauce, simple or elaborate. Perfect with ragù, also fantastic alla boscaiola, with mushrooms and truffles but also with vegetables.
The bronze-drawn pasta is rough and porous and allows for both excellent cooking performance and to retain the condiments.
The slow drying of at least 24 hours makes it highly digestible and gives it a high nutritional value.
Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, Fresh eggs (33.4%). Allergens: Eggs, Gluten. May contain traces of Soy and Mustard.

Cooks in 3-4 minutes - Ideal for 4 people.
For optimal cooking of our pasta we recommend using plenty of water. When boiling, add salt, pour in the pasta and mix gently after it has softened. Once cooked, following the times indicated on the package, drain it and pour it into a large container, where you can season it as desired with plenty of sauce. If necessary, add cooking water.
