Training method: espalier; central curtain - Clayey / calcareous soil type
Harvest: second half of September, grapes harvested by hand in small crates.
Winery: selection of the best grapes. Bioprotection from oxidation.
Soft pressing of whole bunches, static decantation of the musts at cold temperatures. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out simultaneously.
Organoleptic examination
Straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit, such as peach and melon.
Warm and soft in the mouth with floral notes that blend with a honeyed and slightly savoury finish.
Pairing: Fish-based menus, white meats, semi-mature cheeses.
