Vittorini winery Marche Bianco IGT Oliverotto edition.
Obtained from pecorino and sangiovese (vinified in white) vinified separately.
They both refine for 20 months on their own yeasts, partly in steel barrels and partly in barriques.
The typical aromas of pecorino (Williams pear) blend well with those of red fruits and liquorice of Sangiovese.
The structure and complexity allow this wine to easily accompany first courses with white meat ragout.
The company was born from an authentic love for nature and respect for its times.
The company philosophy focuses on a conscientious way of "making wine", starting from respect for the vegetative needs of the vine, from the careful use of the technique in the cellar and of the environment.
