Gran Casale CasalFarneto Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore, a figurative reference to the old farmhouse from which the cellar was built. Rich in mineral and citrus nuances, very elegant, soft and fresh, Grancasale is the result of a careful selection of the grapes and scrupulous processing in the cellar to accentuate the olfactory sensations.
It is produced in the hilly hinterland of central Marche, in a medium-textured soil, with south-east exposure.
Slightly overripe harvest: the bunches, selected and harvested by hand in the second half of October, so that the bunches have reached a very high degree of ripeness, to obtain wines with a high structure, certainly full-bodied, enhanced in their softness and structure.
The winemaking process takes place with the cold maceration of the skins with its own must (cryomaceration).
The refinement period includes storage for 6-8 months in steel and a small part in large wooden barrels, finally in the bottle for another 12 months.

Well structured, elegant, harmonious, with fresh fruity and floral aromas in the foreground and hints of yeast.
