Sensory analysis
Wine with an intense ruby red color.
On the nose it lets a very broad aromatic complex transpire in which the notes of cherry and plum blend with those of sweet spices (cinnamon and licorice).
On the palate it is full-bodied, rightly tannic and overall harmonious.
We know about life, we make wine, we make wine in reduction, refines in concrete tanks and much more...
