K'un from the Clara Marcelli winery, a pure organic Montepulciano wine, is the quintessence of Piceno, capable of bringing the virtues of the land to the table.
The aging in used wooden barriques and then in the bottle is a sacred rite that allows this red to reveal evolved and spicy aromas to the nose: an invitation to discover a world of sensations. No clarification or filtration before bottling. Contains sulphites.

Training system: Spurred cordon - Density per hectare: 300 vines per hectare
The grapes are harvested manually, as is their destemming.
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing 18 long months in barriques and, subsequently, a further year directly in the bottle.
Organoleptic notes
A very intense ruby red color with purple hues.
Complex and evolved notes of black cherry, undergrowth, black pepper and cocoa make up the bouquet,
on tasting a perfect balance between freshness and flavor combines with a velvety tannic texture.
A wine for aging, perfect ally for first courses of land based on red meat sauces.
Also excellent in the company of cheeses and cured meats with long maturation.
