Rubra Offida Rosso DOCG San Michele a Ripa
Area Ripatransone
Medium textured soil tending to sandy, strong presence of skeleton: gravel and stones
Altitude 300 m above sea level - Spurred cordon breeding
Vinification manual harvest in crates, long maceration of the marc
Aging twenty-four months in barrique and in bottle as per strict specifications
Organoleptic notes
With an intense ruby red color,
the nose highlights hints of ripe red fruit and notes of tertiarization due to the maturation of the wine in French oak barriques. On the palate it is persuasive, warm and powerful but balanced, excellent and surprising both the aftertaste and the final persistence.
Pairings: To be enjoyed with red meat sausages and baked and grilled blue fish.
Expertise and passion the ancient and modern art of the winemaker.
At first it was curiosity, then a thirst for knowledge, then the passion started.
We have tried to apply a method to try to become small producers with the ambition of obtaining qualitatively important results.
