Ste' Rosso Piceno Zero Alcool new Santa Barbara winery.
The process consists of dealcoholization, which allows the alcohol value in the wine to be reduced until it reaches a legal value that distinguishes a non-alcoholic drink from an alcoholic one.
Through this process our drinks are ZERO ALCOHOL the alcohol elimination process does not involve the use of chemicals but water.
The process is carried out by a membrane dealcoholizer, a new technology machine composed of a control panel made of membranes and pre-filters and circuits for the entry/exit of wine and water. What happens: the wine and water flow in the same direction through separate circuits, then meet a membrane, which keeps them separated through the natural process of direct osmosis, where the alcohol is released from the wine to the water.

Ruby red
Intense aroma of red fruits (blueberries, plums) and flowers, on a delicately spicy texture.
On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and with sumptuous tannins.
