Made from a traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée is ideal for festive occasions or as an elegant aperitif.
The grapes come from 40 iconic villages in Champagne, located primarily on the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
These unique terroirs give this cuvée its vivacity, delicacy, and unique character.
The winemaking process follows the Champagne tradition, with an initial fermentation held at a low temperature (16°C) to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Once bottled, the Brut Royal is taken to the chalk cellars located 30 meters below the Pommery estate, where it benefits from a slow secondary fermentation, ensuring fine and elegant bubbles. The dosage is carefully adjusted to preserve the harmony and finesse of the aromas.
