The vineyards' exposure, protected from wind and cold, and the soil's characteristics, dating primarily to the Tortonian period and rich in sand and marl with a significant presence of limestone (marl from Sant'Agata Fossili), give Barolo Cannubi a remarkable aromatic intensity and a perfect balance between elegance and power.
Aging: Minimum 36 months, of which at least 24 in barrel and 9 in bottle.
Color: Intense garnet red.
Aroma: Rose, undergrowth, cocoa, and spices, with citrus notes.
