A typical mixed cheese with a soft, straw-colored texture and holes, salted by hand. Livestock farming and milk are part of the tradition, and cheese is a product born from the shepherds' passion for a simple and genuine work.

 

Surface treated with E202 E303, inedible rind, surface treated with: aqueous copolymer dispersion of vinyl acetate (contains no allergens or GMOs).

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's and sheep's milk, rennet, salt, and lactic ferments. Milk origin: Italy.

Food allergens (EC Regulation 1169/201): Milk and milk-based products (including lactose).

Shelf life: 12 months, possible maturation.

Aged and unmatured cheeses, which take on different shapes and consistencies, distinctive aromas, and refined flavors, all capable of conveying the scents of the seasons and the flavors of the Macerata pastures.
