Lemon Pecorino Cheese is an extremely tasty variation of the exquisite classic pecorino from Caseificio Di Pietrantonio in Belforte del Chienti.
It features a white paste and an intense flavor with citrus and slightly acidic notes.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments, lemon juice and grated lemon zest. The rind is treated with E202 and E235. Milk origin: Italy.
Storage instructions: 8°-12° C, vacuum-packed 4°-6° C - Shelf life: 12 months, possible maturation.
The surface is treated with E202 and E235; the rind is inedible.
