Aging: 18 months in clayware, 12 months in bottle
Alcohol: 13.5% pH: 3.13 Total acidity: 7.92 g/l
Pairing: A wine that pairs well with rich fish dishes and hearty first courses. It's also worth trying with pork tenderloin with apples.
