This Nebbiolo ferments spontaneously in whole berries in concrete vats after harvest, then ages for at least a year in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Lively and precise in every detail, this Nebbiolo is designed to bring out all the varietal's unique characteristics and all the nuances of the terroir.
It is an authentic Nebbiolo.
