Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, saffron, juniper, rennet, salt, lactic ferments.
Processing: Saffron and juniper grains are added to the curd.
Aging: 60 days on tables, followed by 10 days of resting under beeswax.
Aging: 70 days.
Relatively soft, decidedly yellow with a few juniper berries.
