Champagne Brut Nature Fleur de l'Europe maison Fleury.
It is made from carefully selected grapes, harvested by hand in small baskets, as per tradition, and fermented for a quarter in oak barrels and the remainder in enameled steel vats to produce the base wine.
The liqueur de tirage is then added, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle on its own lees for approximately 72 months according to the Classic Method. Afterwards, the wine is disgorged and the liqueur d'expedition is added, which, given its Brut Nature category, includes only the base wine from previous vintages without added sugar.
It has a bright straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose offers notes of green apple, ripe yellow fruit, white flowers, and acacia honey.
On the palate, it is very enveloping and creamy, with hints of orange peel and iodine notes, which denote great freshness and encourage drinking.
