We are Boris and Veronika. Our company is our passion. We love growing medicinal plants and processing them to create artisan organic herbal teas.
All the processes necessary to make our products take place in-house (growing, harvesting, drying, sorting and packaging).
Why ZEM? The word ‘zem’ means ‘land’ in Slovakian. Land is the fundamental element where our products take shape. What's more, our company was born from the meeting between two lands; the Italian (Boris's) and the Slovakian (Veronika's) that took place in the land of France. 😊
