It is born in the company-owned vineyards of the central Marche region, on a medium-textured soil, tending to loose, facing south-east.
It is the traditional harvest that takes place in the months of September and October, allowing a harvest that allows the right balance of sugar and acids in the wine produced.
The wine is obtained with the white vinification technique with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
The refinement involves the passage in steel tanks and then in the bottle.
