Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the must remains to macerate with the skins for 1 week. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its lees until bottling without being decanted and filtered.
Organoleptic characteristics
It manifests a natural opalescence, due to the non-filtration of the product and natural sediments
Pungent nose of rare beauty, the release of the perfume is protected by the fermentation note that seems to create a stratification in which fleshiness and minerality can be seen
