Vino Cotto "Varco 41" Reserve is obtained by boiling the must in copper boilers over low heat and left to rest for no less than 12-14 years in wooden barrels over 40 years old.

Vinification: Cooking the must and the must in copper boilers over low heat until it reaches a decrease of between 30% and 50% and left to rest for no less than 12-14 years in wooden barrels over 40 years old, and then be bottled for tasting.
Aging: In barrels for at least 12 years up to 30 years with periodic tucks

Mahogany color, yellow reflections.
Heady nose, honey, dried fruit, caramel, salty note, balsamic.
Mouth concentrated, deep, loose, of great intensity. Orange peel, rather bitter, very persistent finish.
Gastronomy: it goes very well with desserts and in particular with all dry pastries. Meditation wine to be served with dark chocolate and cigars.
How to serve: Serve at room temperature
Vino Cotto is a great meditation wine typical of the Marche region.
Ancient techniques of production and aging of Vino Cotto, still used today in the respect and memory of those who lived, produced and handed down this custom before us.
