From Verdicchio grapes partly overripe on the plant and partly dried in small boxes.
The fermentation is very long, it is carried out in steel while the refining takes place for a third in barriques and for two thirds in small steel containers.
The color is straw-yellow gold.
Aromas of pineapple and sweet tropical fruits with pure spicy aromas, it expands soft and creamy.
Richness and depth characterize it with an alcoholic viscosity that envelops all-round, with a sweet contribution contained in great finesse and cleanliness.
Long final flavor, unmistakable the bitterness of Verdicchio.
