Production technique:
The wine ferments in steel and ages in barrique for 12 \ 24 months; it then completes its refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics
Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, the nose offers an impact of great intensity, where fruity hints stand out (small red berries) and finely spiced and balsamic hints.
In the mouth the entrance is decisive and masculine, with rich tannins but at the same time long and silky, enveloping. Long taste olfactory persistence.

Pairings : Red meats in general, preferably long cooked, such as baked veal shank, roasted, braised, boiled. Excellent on mushroom and truffle-based cuisine.
