Rosae CasalFarneto Lacrima di Morro DOC, from the vine typical of the low hilly area between Vallesina and the coastal city of Senigallia, is a full-flavored red wine.
It is characterized by the excellent consistency of the grapes which, upon ripening, pour out small quantities of juice very similar to tears.
It is proposed as a fresh, fragrant and highly drinkable wine with evident aromas of rose and violet, a combination of warm and pleasant tones and flavors.

The Lacrima cultivation area is located in the hilly hinterland of central Marche.
The consistency of the soil is medium-textured, tending to clayey, with south-east exposure.
Traditional harvest that takes place in the months of September and October, allowing a harvest that allows the right balance of sugar and acids in the wine produced.
During the vinification phase, the grapes are destemmed to separate the grains from the stalks. The maceration of the skins lasts for about 6 days, followed by a period of thermocontrolled fermentation.
The refinement takes place 4 months in steel and 2 months in the bottle.

Very intense bouquet of roses and violets, with notes of berries and spices.
Elegant flavor, very typical of the grape variety, fresh, fragrant and highly drinkable with a light sweet tannic.
