Production area: hills at the foot of Monte Conero; South-East South exposure; 250 m asl Vineyard of 4 ha. of 1959.
Soil type: clay and calcareous marl interbedded with sand
Breeding system: guyot
Yield per hectare: 40 quintals of grapes (30 hl of wine)
Harvest: selection of the grapes in the first ten days of October
Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3/5 days. Beginning of with indigenous yeasts. 20 days of maceration on the skins with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in wood.
Aging : 30 months in barriques, 6 months in bottle
