Olfactory examination: it expresses itself on hints of red berry fruit, among which the ripe cherry stands out enriched by light floral notes
Taste: in the mouth it is fruity, full-bodied, soft and warm. A very well balanced wine with a satisfying and fluid drink.
Pairings: or paired with first courses with meat sauce and stuffed pasta such as the vincisgrassi from the Marche region. It also goes well with red meats and semi-aged cheeses.
