Short-aged Pecorino cheese, tasty and characteristic, able to satisfy even the most demanding and refined palates.

Its flavor is sweet, full and characteristic and the structure of the pasta is crumbly, with a slight characteristic holes.

The maturation of the cheese takes place in an environment with controlled temperature and relative humidity. Minimum seasoning time: 20 days

Preserved as it is: 65 days. If well preserved, aromas and flavors are enhanced during ripening.

Ingredients: pasteurized whole sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Inedible rind treated with preservatives: E 202 - E 235. Italian milk

Shape from weight: 1,650 +/- 5%

Store at a temperature between + 4 ° C and + 8 ° C and to better taste its characteristics before being consumed, it should be brought back to room temperature for a few hours.
