It is a small salami typical of the Marche hinterland and is one of the most popular salami; 100% Made in Italy, respecting the tradition of the charcuterie masters.

It is prepared with lean minced meat of shoulders or prosciutto, then seasoned with Sibillini black summer truffle sauce.
It is then stuffed into small natural casings and finally left to mature for at least 30/40 days.

Ingredients: pork, salt, flavorings, spices, truffle sauce 2.5% (cultivated field mushrooms Agaricus Bisporus, black olives, black summer truffle Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 2%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices, flavorings), MILK skimmed powder, sugars: LACTOSE, dextrose, sucrose.
Antioxidant: E300 - Preservatives: E250, E252
