SALAMI typical of Piceno, gluten-free, 100% Made in Italy; respecting the tradition of the master salami makers.

It is a lean sausage without lard that is prepared with lean pork shoulder meats and pork ham slices, then it is finely ground, stuffed into natural pork casings and finally matured for about 40 days.

Pork, salt, skimmed MILK powder, sugars: LACTOSE, dextrose, sucrose, flavorings, pepper.

Antioxidant: E301 - Preservatives: E250, E252 - Allergens present as product: Skimmed milk powder, lactose.
