LONZELLO the so-called "loin of the farmer": pork loin without bone with fillet left with all the rind and the precious lard that dominates it; aged for a long time in the cave.

It can be appreciated for its richness of flavor that is denoted in the tasting and for the softness of the meat, even if seasoned, thanks to that lard with which the loin is endowed which once seasoned is appreciated as much as the lean part.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, pepper - Preservative E252

Very appetizing eaten alone for snacks with good artisan bread, perhaps cooked in wood, really tasty in combination with vegetables in oil and good Rosso Piceno wine.
