GREGORI single-variety EVO oil of LEA 100% obtained from a native variety of Piceno, almost disappeared due to poor productivity and difficult management of the plant.

Superior category olive oil with a medium intense fruity with hints of almond and artichoke, bitter and intense spicy.

A very rich variety of polyphenols and antioxidants.

The harvest is early in the first half of October, the oil is extracted with a continuous two-phase method, filtered and bottled.

The perfect match is with all the meat dishes that require a bitter and spicy oil that can enhance the dish.
