Filotea linguine have a great ability to hold sauces. Enriched with garlic and parsley, they are suitable for fish sauces, crustaceans and molluscs, but they express all their goodness also seasoned simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Produced with the best Italian raw materials in a mixture of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour and fresh eggs collected from free-range hens, the Linguine Filotea are bronze-drawn and dried at low temperatures for at least 24 hours. The craftsmanship of the processing makes this pasta highly digestible.
