Theoretical-practical course of natural cuisine organized with Assocuochi Macerata, dedicated to the relationship between food and health, to learn the basics of cooking in order to improve one's own wellbeing at the table! The course will serve to learn the techniques and secrets to prepare tasty but light and healthy recipes, thanks to the exclusive use of organic and vegetable ingredients.
