Course held by chef Daniele Tantucci - Lecturer at the Alberghero di Loreto - for enthusiasts who want to perfect their techniques and learn secrets and professional methods.
Six thematic events to discover our kitchen designed for those who have never dared to approach the stove, both for those who already experiment in the kitchen and who want to deepen and learn the basics.
The course will guide you in the preparation of a complete menu where no course will be neglected: from the appetizer to the dessert, passing through the first and second courses of meat and fish.

Program - 6 Lessons:
1st lesson - Entrée and appetizers - appetizer, delicacy and finger food;
2nd lesson - First courses and express sauces - handmade pasta and quick sauces;
3rd Lesson - Meat - cuts and cooking for a tender and tasty meat;
4th lesson - Fish - seasonality, cleaning and preparation techniques;
5th lesson - Vegetables and legumes - classics and novelties for a healthy and natural diet;
6th lesson - Desserts - choice of ingredients, doses and secrets to end the meal in beauty;

During the evenings you will taste all dishes prepared in combination with a DOC wine or a 100% Made in Marche craft beer.
Theoretical-practical lesson with monitor and camera not to lose the details of the workings. Release handouts with recipes.
