Special event with Maestro Giuliano Pediconi, a well-known bakery teacher in the sector, who will explain to the participants all the secrets to prepare bread, pizza and focaccia both mixed and natural, for a whole day full of leavened products.

During the day you will taste all dishes prepared in combination with a DOC wine or a 100% Made in Marche craft beer.
Theoretical-practical lesson with monitor and camera not to lose the details of the workings. Release handouts with recipes.
