Delivery costs

• In Italy
  Shipping costs from Italy to Italy, up to 5 kg is 9,00 €.
  After 5 kg shipping costs will automatically be calculated on the basis of total order weight.
• European Union
  Packages travel by land and shiping costs depart from 20,00 € and will automatically be calculated on the basis of ordered product weight.
• Extra European Union
  For all shipping costs to non-European countries shiping costs depart from 40,00 € fee,
• The Custom taxes are not included in the final price, and could be appied from your state like no (we don't know).

Our Couriers

• Mymarca's express delivery service are TNT or UPS. A service that ensures the delivery of the package in 2 or 3 working days from the date of shipment.

Delivery time

• Food and wine
  This service guarantees the delivery of your parcel in 3 / 4 working days (for typical products and shoes) throughout the European Union.
• Clock and design complement
  For the clock and the others complement the shipping time of the order could be from 10 to 20 working days.

Shipment Guarantee

• Shipment are effected from Monday to Friday and deliveries from Tuesday to Friday.
  The delivery date depends on the delivery location. The goods travel at Mymarca's risk and in case of any problem with the delivery service, Mymarca Client will be fully compensated.
  We just ask you to sign the delivery receipt under reservation in case of damaged goods, therefore we will be helped to improuve our service.
  Mymarca do care about its products: we put ice into the packages in order to preserve fresh food and our polystyrene packaging is as resistant as it should be.
